  : The location and proximity to a cute town Heviz was nice. Also, it was about 12 mins ride to the nearest Balaton Beach, which was convenient.
  : We were not provided with the ac that was advertised and a decision factor when selecting our vacation home and booking our rooms. Also, the room seemed to be for fewer people than we asked. Even though we requested an extra bed multiple times, for which there was space within the unit, we never received it. The place was nice but would definitely benefit from a renovation of the pool / spa facilities. The breakfast was very repetitive and did not always look fresh.

  : Bathroom clean enough. Friendly staff.
  : The room needs more cleaning and dusting. The vegetation from the balcony needs to be taken care so as to not attract so many mosquitos, flies and spiders. The furniture is old and it needs more cleaning. It feels like the pictures are more beautiful than it is in reality.

  : The location was good. Kids enjoyed the swimming pools. The apartment was spacious.
  : This place could be really good but needs to be refurbished. The drains in the bathroom were blocked so when we showered water came up through the floor drain. This meant the bathroom was constantly wet and my daughter slipped on it and hurt herself.. This problem is mentioned in other recent reviews (unfortunately after we had already booked) so they should be aware of the issues. There was another shower room which was filthy, apparently it was meant to be locked as it shouldn't be used. Noone told us that until we left. The shower hose snapped in the main bathroom, spraying water all over the place, although that was fixed quickly. The kitchen was not very well equipped (no kettle, no corkscrew or bottle opener, mismatched crockery, some chipped). There is a TV shown in photos but that had been removed. There is a window at floor level in the mezzanine which opened fully and did not lock so was dangerous for our kids. One of the swings outside was broken. We would not recommend staying here. It might have been ok at half the price but at 225 a night we felt ripped off. We did receive a discount due to the problems but still felt we paid too much for the standard of the accommodation. Also it was unpleasant and a waste of a morning of our holiday hanging round to negotiate with the owners on the phone. There are better options in the area for less money, especially if you can do without the pool.

  : very bad place, on the road, no restaurant, our was closed. Young and not helpful staff, tv did not work and nobody solved it, though we asked twice. No bread on the breakfast - that was very poor. Not nice room.
