  : The breakfast was served buffet-style and there were a great variety of choices, also, everything was delicious. The workers were nice and helpful, the rooms were clean.
  : Unfortunately, there was no airconditioning, so we had to open the windows for the night - we've heard all the surrounding noises from the streets and from the terrace of the restaurant. Also, there was no mosquito net, so we had to share the room with some "unwanted guests" (mosquitos, flies, etc.).

  : The evening meal was excellent, the staff were great
  : There was no hot water, The shower and sink only had cold water. A member of staff came to the room to try the hot water taps but said it was a problem. The managers knew it was a problem. For breakfast the toast maker was broken and I was told it had been broken for six weeks. In the local Tesco five minutes walk away a toast was 5ooo Forints.

  : For short 1-2 nights stay the hotel is ok. Room & bathroom standard below expectations. People nice & friendly.
  : Problem with communication. Only 1 person was able to speak in English. Breakfast - standard, nothing special, food in restaurant: quality/price in my opinion might be better.

  : Excellent staff, Great breakfast, lunches were good too. nice patio, the cleaning ladies took our luggage down and we did not even ask. The staff offered to do little things such as bringing lattes, and tried to explain how the menu works despite our lack of local language skills. The Rittinger is close to shopping and a main access road, The a/c was great. I can't stress how much we enjoyed the staff and their helpful assistance. The two room steward ladies were excellent and used a language app when we needed help. The young man at the desk found my sunglasses, assisted at breakfast, and adjusted other things too. Thank you Hotel Rittinger.
  : The pillows might be updated, some cleaning (webs) in corners might be nice , webs in the dormer windows, the rock concert was a little loud but OK, The door locks might be updated - just because these are not convenient however the rooms are secure.
