  : It's in a prime location just 15 steps away from the main street. The owner was too kind to understand the problem.The alternate arrangement they did to make us comfort as the initially booked room was not as per expected level.
  : Network strength is very low. I found difficult to manage kids without network as the second room also had a network issue.

  : To stay in this place is like a lottery where you don't know if you get a room even after you reserved it beforehand and communicated with the staff of the Panzi Y before! First 'red light' was an information about picking up keys at a different place as announced on Booking.com. The place is line of shops where only a lottery shop was opened and no one there. In the last minute just when leaving to the Panzi, a girl appeared there and said that this information about picking up keys is not valid for the summer season that it is not updated on Booking.com and the reception is open until midnight. On arrival to Panzi Y, another surprise waited for us! Loud music from the bar belonging to this accomodation welcomed us and it kept playing until 11 pm. When showing our reservation to the girls who are there obviously on summer part-time job, we realized another problem. Our room was not available! The girls from reception were trying to resolve the issue on the phone with their colleague and in the end they passed us the phone and the woman on the phone totally did not care and said that they are full and that they have just a room for 85/night which was almost a double price than for which we made a reservation. It really frustrated us as it was already 8.30 pm. In the end, I managed to negotiate to get the 85 room for the the price of the room that we booked. The room looked nice, but half of the things was not functioning - the lights next to the bed did not work, Internet either and the door to the bathroom was not possible to close..

  : Close to city center, good for young people who want to party and stay close to train station. The room is big enough for a couple and the balcony is practical.
  : Very noisy: the city stage is close, every night there is a party - this was uncomfortable with a 5 years old child. It is in the middle of the basar street, and gaming center, also the train was close and disturbing.
