  : Beautiful view of Lake Balaton, perfect location for those looking for relaxation. Perfect place to have a good night sleep. No noise around. There are no close neighbours, so you have the feeling of being alone in the middle of nowhere. But the lake is not so far away either and there's a good restaurant by walking distance. Very spacious, modern, located on several levels. Living room, a kitchen downstairs, bedrooms upstairs and the pool with an outdoor kitchen one level up. We spent most of the time outdoors and by the swimming pool.
  : A little attention to detail could go a long way in improving the quality of the stay. For example, the apartment could be a little better equipped, one or two dishwasher tablets could be left for the dishwasher, a coffee machine with capsules could be bought and a few spare capsules left available on arrival. Basic things for cooking, such as salt, pepper, oil, flour will be much appreciated. What was there is the leftover of previous guests. It is not perishable and it doesn't cost much, but it is a great help for the guests. The towels on site were used up and there were no additional towels for outside, for the pool. It's not a big investment to change them regularly so they always look good. Covers for cooler days when we want to be outside by the pool or for the evening when it is cooler would also be welcome.The house has two access doors and only one key. A second key would be useful for several reasons, firstly to avoid having to carry the key from one door to another to lock or unlock it. Secondly, since the house is usually occupied by large groups of people, they always have to move around together because there is only one key for the whole group.The Wifi was very bad, almost only available in the living room on the lower level.The hosts were ok, but could be a bit more welcoming and/or communicative. For example we arrived in two groups, but our host did not even greet the people who arrived later. One day we were outside and the host appeared to check something by the pool and stayed a long time without greeting us or telling us what he was doing there.The kitchen outside is very nice and classy, there are for example fridges and cooking plates outside, but not a nice grill. However I think it would be more appreciated a good gas grill. And in general, the whole outdoor area and the garden seems to be unfinished, it lacks little accessories to make the atmosphere cozy. It's a bit plain.
