  : Location was great for me since I came with a bus and this apartment was kind of in between the bus station and the city center. Also I liked the facilities, they have a fridge, microwave and an electric kettle with "3 in 1" coffee packets. There's a supermarket and a bakery at like 1 minute walk. They also have elevators which can be very useful if you have a heavy luggage.
  : I had wifi connection issues a couple times, I had to restart the router and wait for it to boot up again. I'm also not the biggest fan of using 3 different keys to get into my room especially when I'm arriving with a big luggage: one key for the main entrance door, another one for the hallway door to the rooms and another one for the actual room.

  : The location was very good - very central to everything. We ate a cafe along the road, Heritage, and that was excellent. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean The apartment was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. Lighting was good: overhead light in bedroom, two bedside tables with lamps, main light and light above the mirror - all working well. WiFi was good.
  : The shower wasnt cleaned properly - there were hairs all over the shower tray which I had to wash out and some more on the bathroom tiles. A jumble of cables with the WiFi box balanced below the TV - I think a shelf where they were before must have fallen down and the cables had just been left. Self check in was fine but we did have to ask for the code at 4pm even though they said they would send it when the apartment was ready. It would have been better for them to have sent it to us without asking at check in time or just before as they werent able to provide us with early check in or anywhere to store our bags.

  : Fabulous apartment, easy walk from train. Good facilities and a really comfortable bed. The lift was a blessing

  : Location is very combinent especially as we were just having a stop over in Zagreb on our way to Split. Apartment is clean and has everything you could need.
