  : The instructions were good and the entrance was quite easy.
  : There was no hot water in the evening, which is quite frustrating and unacceptable. The apartment is in the basement, with no natural light, except from the "window" in the ceiling.

  : Close to airport. Clean, all basics were there.
  : They make it look much more attractive on the photos. The shower was hard to use without making bathroom wet and the location was mixed. It was close to the centre so that was great but wasn't an area we loved. However had a good stay and it was fairly priced and flexible

  : The position was great , just five minutes walking to my workplace. It's close to the beautiful maksimir park. The building is renewed, and the rooms as well, the room was clean and the dimension perfect for one person. The customer support ( by email or chat ) has been very caring and helpful for all my stay.

  : While staying in the room, we noticed a few areas that could use some attention. We observed some spiders in the corner of the kitchen area, along with some webs, which suggested that the room might benefit from some additional cleaning. Additionally, there was a stain near the bed that we were able to remove with disinfectant wipes, indicating that it might have been overlooked during the cleaning process. Unfortunately, the room lacked a functioning window. In place of a functioning window, our room had a door leading outside, featuring frosted glass to ensure privacy. However, this design still allowed light to penetrate, impacting our ability to rest comfortably. Unfortunately, the lack of a handle on this door prevented us from opening it for fresh air. These details highlight areas for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. The curtains allowed too much light to enter the room at night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The light was right outside that glass frosted door so every time a person came in or out the light would turn on. Although there was an air conditioning unit, it didn't seem to cool the room effectively. Furthermore, the room as presented in the pictures, does not have the bed from the pictures, and there is a handle on the frosted glass door in the pictures, while during our stay there was none, therefore we were not able to open the door for some fresh air, when there was no window. Despite these issues, we appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback and hope that it helps improve the overall experience for future guests.

  : The location of the hotel is relatively close to all communications, it was convenient.
  : What I didn't like a lot. The bed was a folding bed, it was impossible to sleep at night because the mattress was so thin that you could feel the metal bed frame. The window in my room was without the ability to close the blinds. At night it was very noisy from the street, there is no insulation noise in the room. I waited for hot water for 10 minutes, and it was still warm. I did not like.
