  : Spacious, relatively quiet (considering that it's in a large building), smooth check in and check out (key from lock box), most facilities there and functional. Very responsive (but remote) host - it's an agency. AC works well.
  : Furniture not really new. Apartment not dirty, but definitely not spotless clean. Old mattress, needs to be replaced. Kitchen equipped "randomly", some things are missing (probably lost at some point and never replenished).No toaster, no paper towels in the kitchen, no battery in the wall clock.

  : Very little kitchen appliances, could have been more. Only plates , fork, spoon and glasses. Air conditioning could have worked better.

  : Close parking, for free on the weekend, tram station close by. It was warm when we got there, check in went easy. Beds were comfy. Enough towels, bed sheets, clean.
  : There are no keys for the bathroom. Check out half an hour later was not possible.

  : All in all, a great apartment. Huge, nicely furnished, very comfy. Would have definitely been a 10, if not for the insane policies inplemented by the renter's office.
  : Insanely complicated check-in procedure - long document to fill out electronically, accepting liabilities for almost anything, etc. After filling out all docs, we still couldn't checkin, but had to call the renter from once outside. We did so, and paid extra 10, as they failed to mention that the number was not Croatian, but Bosnian... Parking situation was weird, as the apartment was in the zone, but all parking meters were taped shut. I went to a parking 1km away, paid there, and came back with the ticket, but to be honest, I still don't know if it was required. The owner provided no info on that front either, other than "go to a remote parking and walk from there". A month after, I kept receiving regular reminders for yet another long questionnaire with electronic signing.
