  : Very easy checking via lockbox with the tram from the bus station dropping us right in the square. The apartment itself is very well refurbished with a very good bed, modern and good quality fittings and quite spacious. It was very quiet. However, there were a few issues which I've listed below.
  : There are 3 apartments through this site are next to each other and we chose the the balcony. The apartments' address is misleading as on the map it appears to be on the square, but in fact it is down the laneway adjacent to the Pan Pek and some 80 meters back. The building itself is very rundown and largely unoccupied. The 3 apartments are on the 4th floor via a lift. The wifi to our apartment struggled and seemed to be based in an adjacent apartment. The balcony overlooks the inner courtyard with unoccupied and dilapidated apartments and balconies which have bird droppings all over them. While our balcony was clean, the outlook was extremely unpleasant and we didn't sit outside. As well as a bedroom, the apartment has a divan in the living area. When we arrived the divan was extended to full bed size, protruding into the living space. We didn't require the extra sleeping space so I contacted the host and was told that the divan had been broken recently and wasn't able to be fixed as the owner was unwell. This made the living area unusable for us. The host sent someone around the next day and did their best to reduce the impact on the living area. While this was appreciated, it wasn't fixed and moreover disappointing that the host didn't advise us in advance of this inconvenience. If they had initiated contact about this we would understand, stuff happens and not everything can be resolved immediately. We sought and were provided with a discount for the inconvenience. Also, there were only 2 small water glasses. Again, when I queried the lack of wine glasses with the host, they responded. The same with there being only one saucepan (and three lids!). The host provided another saucepan and extra glasses but I don't really think I should have to spend time asking for these very basic items. What could have been a very good stay was let down by the lack of attention to detail and the apparent hope that we wouldn't notice?
