  : The location of the room was amazing! It was walking distance to basically everywhere and the neighbourhood had great places to hang out and it was pretty quite also. The beds were comfortable and there were many utilities that we can use in the room. Overall the cleanness of the room was good. The owners texted us before and very fast to text back whenever we needed something and they were really friendly!

  : A good location walking distance from the city center. Very quiet and warm in the winter - the radiator worked really well. Smooth communication with the owners.
  : There was a smell in the bathroom, but luckily it didnt get into the room.

  : Beds were large, plentiful and comfortable. Place was clean and had a small kitchenette which was suitable for breakfast, and a clean bathroom, with good water pressure and temperature. Location was 10 min walk from Old town.
  : Entrance was a bit hard to find and very run down, and was very dark at night- take care! Some noise from the cars and street at night which made it a bit harder to sleep.

  : We stayed at Centar Guesthouse for one night to explore the Festival of Lights. The location was perfect, as the old town is just a five minute walk away, and some of the exhibitions were right around the corner in various nearby parks. The next day we took a short stroll through the botanical garden, which is also very close by. Although there is no private parking, you can leave your car at various parking garages nearby, just be sure to check the price first. Also nearby you can find some cafs and small shops. The room itself was fairly basic, although it did offer everything that was advertised and the small kitchenette would've also allowed us to cook a small meal. The area itself was fairly calm at night despite the central location. Checking in and out was simple and communication with our host Dinko was smooth.
  : The building in general and the stairwell are in a bit of a rough condition. The door, although somewhat sound-insulated, is still quite thin and you can basically hear everything that's going on outside in the stairwell.
