  : B&B Fotic was a good experience, fantastic cost benefit. 2 minutes walking from main square and sightseeing, excellent breakfast, nice staff, comfortable beds, average cleanliness, good service level. I felt welcome.

  : I had a reservation for one night for Wednesday the 20th, it was a non-refundable one as one of few on my business trip. However due to unforeseen circumstances (my son got ill and hat to go to hospital, because we have three more children, my wife went to hospital and I had to care for the younger ones) I wanted to reschedule for further date (three weeks later). Called the hotel, they told me to contact booking.com. Called the booking.com, explained my situation and I was hoping that it will be sorted. Person who I spoke to said I should expect an answer from them, but unfortunately I did not know it will only be answered via the service, I was expecting a phone call in such a circumstances. The hotel responded that they do not have availability and no follow up was either from the hotel nor the booking.com. I got charged at the end and the hotel does not even wants to listen to me to do anything. I do understand that the hotel has lost its money in this case, but business wise it has lost more than that. I am disappointed by the way this case have not been looked at through perspective of customer. I am very disappointed with both: the booking.com and the hotel service as well (the personal part of it). I cannot express about the hotel experience part of it, but since I have been charged for the stay, I think I do have the rights to express my disappointment. Be careful one you make the non-refundable booking.

  : The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and so helpful. Breakfast as good so all in all a very good stay.

  : The only good thing in this place is a location near the center of the city. Were really surprised of positive feedbacks to this place, nothing of that existed in a reality.1. Actually this is a room in a flat in the apartment building. Dont believe in a luxury name of the apartment. This is far from it. The amenities are so old that all our things smelled of these smells2. Bathrobe and slippers claimed in the description are absent. When we requested it a man brought old, shabby and not really clear bathrobes, we were afraid of wearing it. About slippers they confidently refused to provide it for us despite the fact that its claimed in a room description. Manager promised us to provide some compliment as an apology but nothing was provided. 3. A bathroom and shave are in a terribly broken state, when we turned on the shower a switcher hardly didnt fell off, and its already rusty.4. A parking is such a small that only 2 cars can park here. But manager packs such a way that 6 cars put there and nobody can drive out if needed. You need to search for owners of that cars so that they drive out their cars to release the exit. Not only clients but another people from neighboring houses is also parked there. The most irritating thing is that owner of this place asked to pay 15 euro for parking. Its quite surprisingly and outrageously to take money for so terrible parking area that really supposes maximum 3 cars but 6 are parked.5. When we had breakfast a staff smoked right near us inside the restaurant. We encountered such behavior for the first time in the whole world. Is it a really ok? A food was not delicious, omelet was cooked on a burnt out oil which smell is everywhere in bistro and rooms
  : Everything was terrible. We wanted to cry. A staff demands a payment for things that doesnt cost that money, especially parking (we shocked 1000 times). We shocked of people who left positive feedbacks for this place. We would never recommend this place for anybody

  : The room was very large and the bathroom was modern. We were close to the main square and it was a short walk to the archives. The room had a large TV screen and a wide range of TV channels. Breakfast offered eggs as omelettes, fried, scrambled or boiled. The omelettes were very tasty. There was quite a bit of choice of breakfast items including cheese, meats, yoghurt, fruit and 'corn bread'. Coffee was expresso style and good. The restaurant offered reasonably priced and local food with a daily 15 Euro set 3 course menu. Wifi was good in room 101.
  : The menu described freshly squeezed orange juice but it tasted like bottled juice. The staff all smoked just outside of the open door to the restaurant so inside was smoky. It took us a while to work out how to get the TV channels.
