  : Host replied promptly when asked about a bottle opener and delivered wine glasses, the bottle opener and other bits next day.
  : Coffee maker was European style, which didn't suit us, but we managed and a vegetable peeler would have been good.

  : The apartament has got a lot of advantages. It is located not far from the marina/centre - it is walking distance (10 minutes walk). It is a quiet area . Just ,,round the corner ", on the main street there is a bakery, a grill bar (moderate prices) and a market. There is a private parking place in front of the building, reserved for each apartament. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils, pots and cleaning products ( even sugar, tea, coffee, spices, oil and vinegar we found in the cupboards). The equipment works perfectly ( washing machine/ hair dryer/ vacuum cleaner/kattle/ sandwicher etc.). There are a lot of wardrobes, cupboards and shelves in the apartament so you can put all your stuff inside them, keeping the flat clean and tidy. The apartament was really clean. In the living room there is an air conditioner and it works perfectly. The Wi-Fi is fast, three of us used it at the same time watching films on Netflix or surfing the net and the speed was really good. The contact with the owner is really good and fast without any problems. She is helpful and nice. We didn't have to wait for the keys because they were in the locker and we also left them there leaving the apartament which was really convenient for us. The apartament has got a balcony with enough place to sit for four people and relax, drinking wine. Although it is not a sea view apartament, you can see blue water of Adriatic Sea from the balcony. It is also nice because in the late afternoon the sun is on the opposite side of the flat so you can sit on the balcony feeling evening breeze and it is not hot.
  : Although the bed in the bedroom is really big, the mattress is so soft that for people who are heavier or have some problems with spine it might be uncomfortable. There is also a problem with sofa in the leaving room because it is broken and two parts of sofa are not joined so at night while sleeping they move apart. Secondly, when you unfold the sofa and want to lie down on the unfolded part, it collapses. Our daughter was sleeping on it without unfolding and it was ok, because sofa is really wide and comfortable, but it needs small reparation. We did not complain about it because our daughter was able to sleep on it.

  : The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and there were also all the cleaning products necessary. The part of the town was calm and on the way between the center and big supermarkets. There was heating, which was convenient during cold days.
  : The apartment was absolutely not "Deluxe" in any way. Almost everything was worn out, broken, or dirty. For example, the electric sockets were broken and it seemed dangerous to use them; the bed linen was torn and with stains; the dishwasher was leaking; the bathroom was not cleaned properly - stains and mold on the shower walls; the mattress was laid down. Neighbors were fighting and shouting in the middle of the night so we did not feel safe there. As we can compare with other accommodation in Croatia (with similar rating and price), this was a huge disappointment.
