This type of accommodation is Robinson Crusoe style which means it is situated at a location that is not easily accessible. The infrastructure of these locations is very basic, the house is not connected to standard electricity and water networks, than is solar powered and fitted with rainwater tanks heated directly in the sun. Water must be used rationally and all necessities must be bought prior to arrival since the nearest store is far away. The property can be reached only by car via a 3000-metre long macadam road that end 300 metres from the house.
