Located on a small peninsula in the peaceful seaside resort of Sukosan Hotel Belvedere is 10 km south of the main bus and railway station in central Zadar. Here guests are offered comfortable rooms with balconies most overlooking the Adriatic. In addition to a private balcony each room also comes with air conditioning modern furniture and a private shower.

: The owner is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful ,water safe front , beautiful view, good breakfast
: The socket for charging are a little bit inconvenient, no elevator, but the owner is very nice and he helped lift my luggage to my room on second floor, sound proof of the room needs to be improved

: The seafront location was ideal as was the ability to walk to Sukosan centre. The staff were the highlight - they were all friendly, helpful and accommodating.The hotel was clean and welcoming with a lovely garden and verandah area.
: Our bathroom was a bit dated. Our room felt a bit cramped and the furniture dark.

: We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, but were pleasantly surprised with the facilities and service. Direct access to the beach. Good restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely facilities, spacious and comfortable room. Free parking and breakfast included.
