  : Very clean apartment, very comfy bed , quiet place . Close to the beach , very close by bakery and a shop and few fruit and veg stalls . If you need slow pace quiet place for recharging batteries - this is the place. The Uber prices to Zadar ( around 120 Kuna = 13.00 ) and to the airport around 100 Kuna
  : If you are the party animal this apartment is not for you , as all parties are far away . Taxi charged us 300 Kuna from airport to the apartment .Please note the cheapest is Uber - on way back we've paid 100 Kuna for the same distance . Don't overpay like we did :)

  : The owner cheated on me, I called and it was 15 for the transfer from the airport but at the airport he said to me 25 and the air conditioning 5 a day. rude guy. I do not recommend this place. Adam from Manchester.

  : About pleasant things. A beautiful cute lizard lived in our room. We let her go outside because we saw how Mrs. Vera beat the neighbor's cat with a whip. She probably doesn't like animals as much as she likes children.
  : 1. Mrs. Vera ruined our holidays. Every day she knocked on the door and said that our children were too noisy. Children cannot be quiet, we also heard neighbors` children. If she is annoyed by the children's voices, she must assign the status "childfree" of her hotel. Instead of solving soundproofing problems, she preferred to have conflicts (we hear every sound from the corridor). The owner did not tell us Croatia`s rules of sorting garbage, and DURING CHECKOUT I should have sorted it out for plastic, glass, and other things. 2. The checkout was made together with Mrs. Vera, and everything was OK. But WITHIN 1 HOUR, she had found a "dirty mattress", already filed a claim about it, and sent me an invoice for 413 Euros for a NEW mattress (even without trying to clean it). It looks like the invoice has already been prepared. Of course, nobody check mattresses under linen while check in, as well as when checking out. We check out from the clean apartment and have nothing to do with the mattress. But instead of paying 660 Euro according to booking, we risk paying 1060 Euro. This is a FRAUD. She sent her bank account details (with the breaking of Booking.com rules) and asked for payment. When you are check in - find out all the hidden details, mattresses, and equipment, otherwise there is a risk of paying twice as much. 3. When I booked the apartment, air conditioning was included in the price. After the room was paid in full, the hotel informed us of an additional 7 euros per day for the use of air conditioning. Wi-Fi was available only in one room and too slow. Many things in the room were defective and had traces of use (in the photo). I hope I will not get a new invoice right after my photos. 4. There was no cleaning or replacement of towels. Even if you rent an apartment for a week. 5. Bad infrastructure 6. Rocky beaches. You definitely need aqua shoes (nowhere to buy them in Sukosan)
