  : - comfy beds - clean bathrooms - very nice housekeeper (the cleaning lady, who also takes care of breakfast, she was helpful). Don't hesitate to ask for things you need. (For example towels were rough, so I asked for spare towels, and it was better) - cosmetics in bathroom was good quality (brand Rituals) - home made wafles or crepes (depending on the day) at breakfast (if it's cold, you can ask the lady to put them in the oven, or she can make new ones)
  : be aware that :- there is NO ONE at the reception during the night (8pm to 8 am).- the hotel is inside a makeover polyclinic. (a place where people can get botox injections against wrinkles, or teeth cleaning, or any other type of beauty injection.... But no surgery) We did not understand that beforme coming there. The hotel did not match our needs because we needed tourist center (it was our first time in Croatia) and it's really not their purpose. There is no tourist brochures at the reception, only beauty creams for sale. It is the same reception for the clinic and the hotel. In the morning we saw a nurse carrying a box of injections.- if you are on 1st floor, there is no lift, you have to walk the stairs (not big stairs, but still)- hotel is 30 min walk from city center. The district is very dull, nothing for sightseeing and no nice restaurants/shops. We had to go to city center for all dinners.- We took Uber car to go to city center every day which is 6 euros the fare (taxi costs 3 times more. We never took bus as the bus app did not work, and we were told that one bus fare is 2 euros)- Not much of choice at breakfast. Food was cold, and there was no toaster or microwave to use, so we asked the cleaning lady. She heated food and made new eggs, when we asked for it.- hotel is small (1 floor, 5 tables at breakfast, each for 2 people)- in the list of services from Booking I read "slippers, wardrobe, phone, coffee in the room". I had no slippers, no wardrobe (I did not ask for some as I did not need), there was a phone but it was not working (anyway, there is no one at the reception at night, so phone is useless), and there was no coffee machine in the room.- there was aircon, but noisy, and not working well. We were too hot at night, because we switched it off, to sleep- there is a water heater in the bathroom, that was noisy.

  : A very comfortable room and not far from town. A shop for essentials on the doorstep. Great breakfast. Lots of great places to eat. Uber is cheap and convenient.
  : Didnt have tea making facilities in the room. Had to go outside the room to make a drink. The kettle had a lot of limescale in it. There was not always water in the kettle. Had to walk through the salon reception to go outside the building. The salon often had clients waiting and it was uncomfortable walking through. Had to keep asking for toilet rolls.

  : Location and price for holiday, staff were very friendly and attentive
  : Breakfast, awful . After second day ran out of sliced bread so all to offer was a sliced baguette. There choices of salami/ ham , water, coffee and tea, orange juice instead of fresh . Fried eggs, Scrambled, bacon . Two cereals cornflakes or bran flakes . And random bowl of oranges .There was no selection for different appetites, no bakery or fresh fruit , yoghurt was plain no flavours and from a large pot only. I think it's probably the worst continental breakfast I've ever experienced abroad to be honest. The staff were nice but said after telling manger that the sliced bread had run out it wasn't replenished. I would only give the breakfast a 2 out of 10
