  : No support by the staff although the staff was present in the building. The cleanliness was not up to standard. The floor was not cleaned properly.

  : I liked that everyrhing was like they said it would be.
  : The door in the bathroom in the room with the double bed was squeaky and the lamp on the right side of the bed in the right side of the room didn't have a working lightball.We had everything for every item except for the washing machine like capsules,detergent,softner....

  : The garden and furniture are nice. It is also great to have a washing machine and all appliances.
  : I definitely do not recommend the place for families with small kids. The windows are not isolating any sound and while we were sleeping on the first floor, we could hear the music from the square in front of the appartement as if we were just in the middle of the party. The music goes on many times even after midnight.Also the door treshold is so high, you cannot go through it with a pram and the pool is for swimmers only, as you cannot even walk down all the stairs without your head being under water.The beach is pretty far, when walking there with a kid having all the essentials.I think the appartments could be also more cosy with some rugs and final touches, as it does not feel warm at all. The cooking essentials could be also enriched as except from salt there is nothing, so you have to buy all the seasonings, coffee, sugar, etc. In addition to that you almost never have a view on the sea, because there are always numerous huge boats blocking the view.

  : The communication up until arrival was clear and timely. We had booked a two bedroom apartment for our family of four, with a king, and two singles for my adult children. We were placed in an apartment with a king and a queen. When I showed them that this wasn't what I booked, they told me that the single bed option was already occupied. They offered to bring in an additional bed which we put in the hallway, not ideal for privacy. The apartment was beautiful and one of the bedrooms had an ocean view - stunning! The pool was clean and so refreshing on those hot days! The kitchen was well-equipped and large. It was really nice to have two bathrooms as well. We were located close to restaurants and small beaches. The staff tried their best to make our apartment right, but it was a bit disappointing to not be given what we had originally booked as traveling with adult children can be tricky - that's why we planned ahead. I would definitely stay here again as it is a well-priced, beautiful property.

  : Very clean, fresh and had everything one could need. Good to have private parking. In the Centre so close by facilities.
  : Only one small thing which cant be helped is the small window! The lack of balcony from the room is catered for by a balcony on the first floor for everyone.

  : We reserved a "Comfort Studio with an Ocean View". That room was not available when we checked in and so we were "upgraded" to a two-bedroom unit with no view. The staff seemed unconcerned about this mix-up and so I have rated this as a "9" instead of a "10". The unit that we were put in worked out OK and was very convenient to the pool, which was very nice. The parking was very convenient and was in a gated parking lot right behind the hotel. We liked the location and walked around the corner and up a hill to a very nice "locals" beach. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are cafes within short walking distance. We enjoyed our brief stay in Slano.
