Disappointing

  : We had 2 apartments with a terrace as a separation. The rooms were clean, with air conditioning in the rooms excepting for the only real closed room, so it was hot inside. It was clean, sheets and towels provided. Kitchen with accessories. The owner gave us wines bottles and orange juice as a gift. The terrace was good and big enough to sit 8 peoples. Plus a big parasol if the sun is hitting to hard. The location is great because a bus stop is right around the corner and goes directly to the beach or to the center in 15min.
  : As soon as we arrives we understood that we will have problems to communicate with the owner since she doesnt speak a word in English. She can only speak in Croatian and few words in German. Even with Google translate we had trouble to understand her and vice versa.The two ovens were broken. Hot water for shower was random. Owner is intrusive and leaves no privacyThe big downside is the owner :She was constantly coming into the rental property to give instructions because we were young. What's more, she came into our flats every day to check on us and tell us things she couldn't understand. It doesn't matter if you're in the shower, she'll try to find you to tell you something you won't understand anyway.The worst thing was that once we were all gone except for one person, and she came back into the flat with her keys while someone was sleeping inside.

  : Location is good, 5 minutes by car to the closest, very nice beach, where free parking is provided10-15 minutes to the city center. Nice terrace between appartements with big table and parasol enough for eight peoples
  : In one of two apartment we booked, there was no air conditioner in sleeping roomkitchen and dining room with sofa bed are equipped with it.

  : Localisation, bus stop was near, airconditioner. Instead of the negative situation with the staff everything was nice. Ww have everything as needed and described in post. Quite place (you don't hear the flying monsters), balcony is nice with grill? If you don't have better place, I recommend this apartment.
  : Owner? Or on the place mom of the owners live. She doesn't speak English only Croatian and German. Sometimes it was difficult to understand her. The english speaking staff wasn't there only 'on the phone'. Two days before leaving she wanted to kick us out. After one hour to talking to her in german and with translator in croatian and calling her english-speaking kids we find out why. We left the apartment as we have the booking but she scared us so much.

  : We really liked the small terrace in front of the house since we spent most of the time there. The apartment had air conditioning and it was clean.
  : The stove was not in function, only the rings on it.Parking was 2 streets away, close but it depends if you will find a free spot. The owner was kind but makes too many suggestions
