  : Best of all is the location. A very good beach is in a walking distance (5-10 minutes). It was always clean and not too crowded. Plenty of tourist attractions in the area (within 10-30 minutes driving distance). The house has a nice land plot to play a little with your children. Owner of the facility lives in the same building and this is an advantage. He never bothers, but is ready to support you with anything related to your residence any moment. Outside the gate is a shaded car port so you don't have to sit in a burning hot car no matter how sunny it is. The apartment has all necessary facilities for a family's 1-2 weeks vacation. Especially good if you consider saving some costs and cooking at home. Normal standard-size fridge (not one of those mini-bars, where you can store a couple of beers and sandwiches).
  : Generally the apartment is very clean and well maintained (no mold or smells or any dirt), but it feels like the bed sheets haven't been changed for years. Consider maybe bringing your favorite pillow and a set of towels with you.
