  : Great location, close to the beach (ca. 5 - 7 min walk), grocery stores close by. Parking available on the property. Bedrooms are good size, kitchen with a small couch is a little bit tight but ok. Boris is a very friendly and pleasant host.

  : AC is automatically switched off at 10PM, afterwards it gets quite hot in the bedrooms.The owners could be more friendly.

  : The apartment was clean, which is certainly an important criterion when choosing accommodation. A clean and tidy space is crucial for a pleasant stay, so it's good that the owner took care of this aspect.
  : Unfortunately, it was an issue with the air conditioning, which was not working despite the owner's claim that it would be repaired. This can be very inconvenient, especially during hot summer months when air conditioning is often essential for guests' comfort. Although the promised repair was not carried. Another unpleasant incident occurred on the last day of our stay, when the cleaner lady (presumably the owner's wife) shouted at us for not taking out the trash to the outside bin. If you followed the house rules and this was stated as your responsibility, it would be expected for them to kindly remind you of it. However, shouting is an unpleasant way of communication that can cause discomfort and leave a negative impression. I would describe my opinion of the apartment as mixed. While it was clean and tidy, the non-functional air conditioning and inappropriate behavior of the cleaner lady had a negative impact on our experience.
