The Tourist Settlement Brzet is surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest and located at the pebble beach 800 metres on the sea promenade from the centre of the picturesque Omis. : Cleaning ladies were very friendly (Seka and Maja). Room and bathroom was always fresh clean and sweep, with no dust. They had excellent performance with very poor equipment and cleaning materials.
: The hotel is old from Communist time- I guess. Mattresses are old smells very bad and full of spots, beds are very old and low, the wardrobe is old and smells very bad. The bathroom is with a glass shower cabin (if you slip and fail you are dead). Silicon around the bath is old and black, lot of molds. The sink was stuffed, old, and broken from previous guests, water was liking after every hand wash) I reported but was never done. The entrance door is the same as the door for the balcony, very weak just a small kick with a leg, and people are in your room. In a room existing cheap night lamp and you have to be careful if you keep light long it can burn a room. Internet is very weak or better said no internet, in the room. I canceled my breakfast after few days( we went once on breakfast it was very poor ) but they never returned money as well they didn't give us any canceling confirmation. Water from the Air conditioning from my neighbor was leaking on my balcony. These days they didn't organize the COVID test to make a easier for guests, you have to go on the other side of Omis to get your test. I was contacting some Ruzmarin agency, as they are representatives from Hotel Brzet hoping I will get a cheaper price, but agent was very unprofessional responding on my emails after 3-5 days but than I find out is much more cheaper over Booking. Funny!!! On photos room look nice but when you start to digg deep you will discover many things.

: across the road from the beach and promenade : cafes, bars too. a 20 min walk into the town of Omi. I couldnt get a taxi when it came time to leave & front desk staff were very helpful. They also 24/7 reception and English speaking helpful staff always. Breakfast was also included = bonus!
: I have a gluten free diet so as with most of Croatia, that was not an easy thing.
