  : I found great delight in the panoramic sea view that the terrace offered.
  : Upon booking my stay at Camping Klenovica through your platform, I was drawn to the prospect of a convenient and enjoyable beachside vacation. The offer explicitly stated that the distance to the beach would be a mere 100-200 meters. To my dismay, upon arrival, I discovered that the actual distance to the beach exceeded 500 meters. This blatant misrepresentation of the facts significantly marred the quality of my vacation. Adding to my dismay, the cabin provided to me fell far short of acceptable standards. The listing boasted of modern amenities and top-notch service, yet the reality was vastly different. Upon entering the cabin, I was met with an overpowering and unpleasant odor emanating from both the air conditioning unit and the refrigerator. This not only tainted my stay but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained in the accommodations. Furthermore, the overall condition of the camping site was deeply unsatisfactory. The facilities appeared aged and in dire need of maintenance and refurbishment. The quality of service delivered was egregiously below the standards implied in the offer, and I strongly believe that the price I paid does not remotely align with the subpar experience I endured. In the spirit of fairness, I acknowledge that the view from the cabin was indeed breathtaking, as indicated in the offer. However, this single positive aspect cannot overshadow the glaring discrepancies between the promised and actual amenities and services. Another disappointment I encountered was the Wi-Fi availability. The offer suggested that free Wi-Fi would be accessible across the camping site, providing me with the means to stay connected. However, I was shocked to discover that Wi-Fi was only available in three isolated spots on the campsite: the restaurant, the reception desk, and the pool area. Not only was the coverage extremely limited, but the bandwidth was also so poor that use the internet was nearly impossible.

  : no wifi in the houses, poor wifi in the pool area, except that everything was perfect, but when I paid 200eur for a night a wifi in the house should be a standard...

  : We had a mobile home near the beach with sea view and it was very nice. Sea was beautiful with very clean water and there were places on the beach where fresh water was springing up - that was quite interresting. Pool was in the middle of the hill, it was good place for children with nice view yet safe with fencing. Mobile home was clean and comfortable.
  : Beach wasnt only for the camp site so it was a bit crowded during the day. During the windy nights something made big noise on the mobile home and we didnt find what it was.
