Apartments in Njivice/Insel Krk 13317

  : The apartments were sufficient for sleeping and cooking and they were large enough for families. The city and beaches are nice for families with kids.
  : We have booked 3 apartments for 3 families. There were several problems with the apartments: 1. Two mice were inside our apartment, they ran under our beds and lived there for a while. Good luck next occupants when you find your food bitten and mouse poop under your bed... 2. One of the fridges was struggling to cool anything. 3. One shower was stuffy and the water was not draining, one smelled really bad and one had big problems with opening and closing the doors. One of the holders for towels was broken. 4. One evening we were talking in the terrace, The owner stepped inside our apartment (!) and told us to be more quiet. We were not playing any music, just talking and I think this is definitely very strong violation of our privacy to step inside one of the apartments without invitation! Especially when we did not have any kind of party since all families were there with kids. 5. This point is not problem of the owners but problem of our own research before booking. Be aware that the apartments are 300 m from the beach, BUT, on very and I mean very steep hill. So you will really "enjoy" walking back from the beach to the apartment, especially with small kids. And have really good tires on your car if you encounter rain when travelling there. 6. The garden there is terrible. Just jungle. Pure grass with some place to play for kids would be much better. Be prepared to enjoy just concrete ways and terraces and nothing more. 7. Since the apartment is on the top of the hill, there is very nice view on the city and sea, however only from the top apartment (there were 3 floors). If you are living on the first or second floor, you can enjoy view just on the jungle garden and other buildings. 8. WiFi was absolutely terrible and unusable. Conclusion: There were also other minor problems but nothing to worry about. Me and other 2 families oppinion is that this appartment is not exactly bad, but definitely not worth the money.
