: Nice location, cozy hotel, nice breakfast, staff was extremely polite agile and professional. I had complaints that were accepted and remedied quickly, got a wine tour, wine, discount on the next stay, etc. the score would be 9 if the mentioned things did not happen. It would be 3 if they did not intervene.Relatively new nice hotel, it still has some quirks to sort out.
: BEDBed was a bit too high even for me, 194cm tall, others had to high jump in :D and once in, leather box surrounding was to thick. The bed looks big and cosy but in fact when I lay my feet are on that leather latt which is a bit uncomfortable, even when i put the pillows all the way up, ( then my hands that are underneath the pillow also get sweaty because of the leather). Bed looks nice, but it is not too comfortable to enter or exit(shorter people),, or to sleep (taller people), solution suggestion: get a sturdy step, have optional smaller pillows.GARAGEGarage is big but not tall, there are ventilation pipes all around and you have to be careful when opening rear doors, i scratched my doors (a week old vehicle) when I was getting a cable out for ev charger. Any higher vehicle (SUV or up) or with a longer rear door (octavia, passat) can scratch their rear doors. Solution suggestion:there should be warnings placed around the garage, or those corner wall protectors like you have on the exit out of the garage. They cost 6 euros each on aliexpress, 3 dozen solves the issue.BATHROMLast but not least, each time we activated the toilet flush there was a ships siren sound going at the end of the water refill process. We did not figure that out the first night(2-3min delay, so we ended waking each other up each time someone managed to climb out of the bed and went to the bathroom. I have "the honk" on video. :)Problem was not solved by the plumber, but we did not flush the toilet over the 2nd night.

: The views are fabulous
: The room has a dress stand with 3 coat hangers only, no shelves or drawers, so it is impossible to unpack. Even the bathroom had nowhere to put a wash bag! Whilst the views were glorious the room was incredibly dark and having carpet on the walls and ceiling was just plain weird!
