  : Its location, the view and the swimming pool. Lovely patios everywhere
  : Some aspects were quite basic and could do with updating. It was would have been nice to have some confortable seating in the room, for instance a sofa instead of the single bed.

  : - the owners and staff were nice to talk to and really helpful with solving any issues - the surroundings of the house are really beautiful, any photo you take could be a postcard - although there are a lot of apartments there was no problem of privacy, every appartment had it's own terrace surrounded with greenery - the area around the property is great for walks, there are 3-4 beaches available in walking distance and in the evening you can listen to live music in some of the restaurants that are closest to the house - the AC was a must and it worked no problems - the place is dog-friendly which is uncommon - we felt we had some personal relationship with the staff, it wasn't like in a hotel where you don't talk to anybody
  : - the wifi kept breaking all the time - which may not be a problem when all you need is netflix, but it's terrible for work and video calls; we had to buy a cellular plan because of that - the pool was rather foggy and slippery, certainly not cleaned often enough - the apartment really needed some refreshing and the photos in the offer unfortunately don't show that. The walls are covered with an old wallpaper that has been painted over with white paint, same goes for tiles in the bathroom. You can see mold spots in the bathroom ceiling, caulking around the shower and the AC unit. This is unfortunate because we feel we paid enough for our week spent in the apartment to finance all the work needed to fix most problems in the apartment. - the description of the apartment is a little missleading, especially the photos that show a couple different appartments while they should be showing only the one you're booking - while we knew we would have to pay extra for parking and a dog, we knew it from the comments not the offer. Things like that should be clear
