  : I loved the view and how close the beach is. And that we can also choose to be by the pool. The host was super Nice and friendly, love that! I think its rare to meet this good people. Its close to the AirPort and Dubrovnik by car.
  : The only only thing that was a minus was the aircondition noise from the other Room (but it Was not a problem! :))

  : What a fantastic stay! The hosts could not have been more welcoming - it's like you're staying in a family home, which basically is exactly what it is, as the owners live there too, with Iggy the cat (the real boss). There were several generations of the family around and they're all so friendly, handing over occasional plates of fruits fresh from the trees in the beautiful terraced gardens, and if you're lucky, some amazing homemade cake. Our room (Superior Double/Twin Room with Balcony and Sea View) was pretty small, but comfortable enough, with free air-con and a balcony along the side of the building from which you could see the sea, and was a nice little sun trap in the late afternoon. You get your own fridge and are welcome to make use of the main house kitchen to prep any food you like. There are lots of other nice spots to sit and pass some time all round the grounds on the various terraces. The location is brilliant - barely 1 minute walk from a lovely little beach and not many minutes' walk to a few restaurants and bars. Also very easy access to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and other places via a bus stop just up the road, and regular boats from the nearby harbour.
  : While not an inherently noisy place, there are a few small noise issues - primarily the waterworks and air-con in neighbouring rooms which make some interesting sounds occasionally, and also from our room the music from the restaurant next door, which isn't too bad but is on until around midnight and might bother more sensitive people, especially those who don't like Phil Collins. There was also a problem on a couple of the nights we were there with a family who let their children basically run wild, screaming and shouting around the house at 6am, etc. The owner tried speaking to them several times but the parents did nothing to get them under control - nothing more the owners could have done about that! So, while generally a very peaceful place, it's not completely silent.

  : Friendly hosts, great location, great price for the area, close to the water, beautiful view from the balcony, 3 very close restaurants that open late (albeit a bit fancy and expensive).
