  : The apartment was very clean and we were welcomed by a very friendly host. It has two bedrooms and so it was very cozy for three people (a couple and a friend).
  : We had a really nice time and there were only small things we missed (salt in the kitchen) and the kitchen / living room were smaller as we thought they would be (it doesnt have lots of space to walk around the table in the kitchen). As well the walk to the city center was longer as we had expectet (hill up and down), but that wasnt a problem for us. :)We were surprised that we were asked for a advanced payment after our reservation (outside of booking platform), but there was a button in the automated e-mail of the agency allowing for a full cash payment at check-in, what was confirmed by the agency quickly and everything worked perfectly.

  : My recent experience with both the accommodation and Booking.com as a mediator has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I am utterly disappointed with the way my reservation was handled and the lack of assistance provided by both the host and Booking.com. It is extremely irresponsible on the part of the host, but especially Booking.com, who charged a commission without taking any meaningful action to rectify the situation. After making a reservation through Booking.com, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I received a phone call notifying me that the accommodation I had booked was suddenly unavailable. This last-minute change left me in a state of panic, as I had already made travel arrangements and relied on the confirmed reservation. Instead of finding a suitable alternative or offering any kind of support, I was simply left to fend for myself. Booking.com, as the intermediary in this situation, completely failed to fulfill its responsibilities. They should have taken immediate action to resolve the issue and ensure that I had an alternative place to stay. However, not only did they fail to assist me in finding a replacement accommodation, but they also showed no willingness to cover the price difference, despite the inconvenience caused by their negligence. The lack of professionalism and customer care displayed by the host is equally disheartening. Cancelling a reservation at such short notice without providing a valid reason or offering a satisfactory alternative is highly unprofessional and reflects a complete disregard for the well-being and satisfaction of their guests. As a customer, I expected Booking.com to act as a reliable and trustworthy platform that ensures a seamless booking experience. Unfortunately, this experience has shattered my trust in their services. Their failure to take any action or provide adequate support when faced with such a critical situation is simply unacceptable.
