  : The location was where we expected. About 5-10 minute walk to the Livacina beach (by the way the best beach on Rab). Plenty of restaurants near by (Creshendo was by far the best overall). The parking was in the house courtyard although a bit difficult to maneuver due to limited space. The bedrooms furniture seemed reasonably new and was nice. The balconies mainly had a view of the hills with glimpses of sea view on the side. The owner is an older guy but his son with wife, son and a dog live in the house as well. The owner is nice and friendly. The son is friendly as well but super loud which can be quite disruptive especially late at night (and I mean 1-2am).
  : There are 5-6 apartments in the house so can be quite busy and noisy especially at night time. We had 2 occasions where the other guests along with the owner and the son of the owner had a little party right near our windows until 2am. So if you're looking for a quiet and a relaxing place or have small kids I wouldn't recommend this place. Also, the booking.com website lists this apartment as having a washing machine and a toaster. Neither of that was present. This was the most annoying part as we filter for washing machine and toaster when we look for apartments. The funny part is that there is a space for washing machine in the apartment along with water ins/outs but I don't think the washing machine would be able to get in there as the basin is in the way of putting on through. The bathroom is tiny. The shower is really bad. The shower head is half functioning and the drainage was blocked. We had to limit our showers to 2-3 minutes only and then wait until it drained out as I felt that if I showered for 5 min or longer the shower would start overflowing. The shower tray was almost full after 3 minutes in it and it felt discussing standing in the dirty water while showering. Someone had to clean that shower and didn't notice the problem. Also, there were only 2 toilet paper rolls between the 4 of us for over a week. So had to go and buy toilet paper too. We couldn't even clean the place as there were no cleaning things, only a broom. The kitchen had 2 forks only for a 2 bedroom apartment where you can fit 5 people. The TV stands in a hallway where no one can actually use it. Don't see the point of it. Just taking up space. No couch to sit on. Just 4 old wooden chairs and a small table in the kitchen. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.
