: Villa Tina was perfect for our family holiday. There was 8 of us ranging in age from 19 to 60, and we all loved it. It is so new, modern and beautifully designed. Having the private pool was the highlight of our stay as in July, Croatia is very hot (for us Irish anyway). There is no real 'beach' in Kastela, only seafront and stones (don't expect sandy beaches) so we loved spending the hottest part of the day by the pool. Bedrooms are like hotel standard and beds are super comfy. Powerful showers, spacious bathrooms and much needed aircon. Overall, it was better than we could have expected and would highly recommend.
: The location isn't great as it appears to be in quite a developing area of Kastela. On the walk up to the Villa from the town there are unsightly (and smelly) waste bins scattered everywhere. There also isn't very much to do or see in Kastela so you need to either get a taxi to Split or Trogir (which are beautiful) or rely on public transport. Public transport is an experience in itself. Packed and very hot buses are to be expected. Although they are cheap so we powered on.

: Fresh clean and extremely spacious. Pool was brilliant. Beds were very comfortable. Great air conditioning. Kitchen fully kitted out with everything we needed. Could not ask for more in a holiday villa
: The only critique I have was that the step up to the pool area from the drive was very steep and could potentially cause an accident.
