: the location is perfect, 30min drive to Split, 3min walk to the beach and the balcony was very comfortable. We were even able to stay for two more nights.
: the mosquitos seemed to love us, therefore we we sadly not able to enjoy the patio as much as we would have liked too.

: We paid for 5 nights, upfront, but ended up only staying 4. The owner was so unprofessional, it was very disappointing. Reading all of the reviews, we were so excited, but it seems like were at a completely different location from the other reviews.To start off, we arrived at 16:30, but the check in was done at 20:00. We asked the owner to wait because we were at dinner after a long day traveling with two little kids and our food hadn't arrived yet but she insisted it must be at 20 because she had plans before and after. So I had to leave to restaurant and dinner just to have a check in at a time that worked for the owner. Previously, I texted the owner that we arrived at 16:22pm (via whatsapp) and she replied at 17:30 asking when we will arrive, even though I saw that she saw my message that we arrived... she was likely buying time to make us wait until 20:00.Per the property, at first it seemed very clean and new, but we unfortunately realized to soon there was a huge ant infestation and there was no mop for the floors so we had to keep our youngest baby who was crawling off of the floor.The description on booking is very deceptive, it is for sure not 150m from the beach, more like 600m at best. Also, it's not 50m2, to me it seems like 30m2.Basic amenities were missing, electric water kettle, bottle opener, mop for the floor (not just a tiny hand held broom). The dishwasher is very far from the sink, so we spent a lot of time drying the floor so no one slipped and fell.Our last night night there the other guests were having a loud party outside of our apt and we tried contacting Ines from 00:00 to almost 01:00, because our babies couldn't sleep. We finally got a hold of her and she apparently texted the guests that we threatened to call the police if they didn't quiet down, which we never did.Finally, after this, we decided to immediately leave in the morning.
