  : Very clean apartment with separate entrance, large terrace with a beautiful view, convenient parking spaces. Access to two terraces on two sides of the building.
  : There are small but important improvements that would make the apartment more comfortable for a longer stay. First of all, a large part of the apartment is occupied by an undeveloped hall, and there is only one closet in the apartment (without shelves, which forces you to keep things on the floor), and one small wardrobe - something extra in the hall would make a huge difference. The only air-conditioning unit (located in one of the bedrooms) is unable to cool the whole apartment well. The lack of a countertop and a table (aside from those on the terrace) makes it very difficult to prepare meals. Also some hooks in the bathroom would be nice, as there is no place to hang towels.
