  : So here's the thing. We are a group of friends who travel together for quite a few years now. We only have good feedback as guests as we always leave the apartment clean and undamaged. So I think we are the kind of guests every host would want.That's why I'd like everyone to see how this experience kinda ruined our new year's eve. 1st of all, the pictures of the apartment were different from the actual apartment. Since the owners owns 2 villas, and he switched the pictures from the nicer one.2nd - there are 2 floors in the villa which arent connected from the inside. So basicly you have to go out, down the stairs to get to 1st floor..which is really bad.3rd - since we were there during winter time it was quite cold during the nights, and we turned on the electric radiators, the fuse went off and we had to turn it on every 10 minutes, so basicly we were cold the whole night. But this is not all..We paid the owned fair and square, but what really bugged us was that one bed was previously broken, and when a friend stepped on a bed to close the window, the bed snapped. (This friend of ours has 70kg fyi). We checked the bed and saw it was fixed a couple of times so we didnt bothered much. But as soon as we left, the owner went inside the house and the first thing he checked was the bed (he knew that it was previously broken) and wanted to charge us what was damaged. He also wanted to charge us the "water replacement" in the jakuzzi, because it was dirty...Well ofc it was dirty after 5 days of using it lol.We would be okay with everything that was wrong with the villa, even though we were catfished. But the attitude of the owner was rly bad and the future visitors should keep in mind that they can be charged for nonsense and pay a lot for a villa that isn't actually a "villa".I'd rate it 2/10 if you are seeking money/value property.

  : Lot of space for whole group. Outdoor private pool. Parking and privacy. Host was available for help and was quickly reachable. 4 bathrooms/toilets.
  : requires lot of maintenace. Available entertainments not fully functional (picado- not woking, hand football table - no fottbals- broken player, fitness- broken, spa - jacuzzi working "interesting", kitchen furniture not sufficient for bigger group of guests). separate door entering for each floor not sufficient BBQ tools Trampoline only available on pictures Kids playground set applicable only for really small kids, toddlers Problem with hot water heating (24h without hot water)
