  : The property is in disastrous condition, 3 stars are not applicable, no air conditioning in the middle of summer, walk to another location for breakfast is impractical, especially for handicapped people. Employees are kind, but they can not resolve the absence of investment and modernisation.

  : Great seaview from a huge balcony, very comfortable new bed, breakfast and dinner are really good, the whole island is just a paradise

  : The environment is super special. You dont stay in a hotel, but you experience part of history.Stay here and you can feel how life was in the second part of the 20th century.
  : The food in the restaurants could be better.

  : The value is awful, as the condition of the rooms is very poor. Bathroom is in desperate need of renovation. Rooms only have an extension cord for power. Everything just feels super dated and way too expensive for what you get.

  : It is a beautiful location, with very friendly and professional staff. You definitely get a retro vibe and what hotels used to be like. Rooms are big as well as bathrooms.
  : It's really old but not well maintained. Toilet tank was dripping all night as well as the shower. There is no Wi-fi, except in front of the building. Gorgeous sea view is obstructed by thick trees, which in summer gives shade. But we paid for the sea view. Also you have to drag your luggage, on very uneven cobblestones, from the boat to Neptune and then all the way to Karmen. Additional services (bike, golf cart rentals) are quite expensive. Since you're on the island, coffee is three times the price of the mainland. Rooms have no kettles or refrigerators, so if you want to have coffee, you have to pay their price.
