  : Excellent location, room was big for such a small area and clean. 2 toilets was great for 4 people and a washing machine!! Shower pressure was awesome.
  : It was a little tricky getting up the stairs with suitcases (but that is everywhere in Europe). Drains were a bit smelly.I thought the check in being at a different location might have been tricky, but it is very close by.

  : There was constant sewer smell coming from the main bathroom due to which the whole house was smelling as soon as we entered. Also the shower was leaking . Very uncomfortable to take shower. Location was the only thing that was most perfect.

  : Comfortable beds, nice fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV in bedroom
  : Shower bit tiny, Sofa as well, it sleeps four so need a big one esp for a family.

  : The apartment is mostly well equipped, has AC, comfortable beds, two toilets and a washing machine, which was so appreciated by us! It is really easy to pick up the keys from the property management office a couple of minutes walk away as they have long office hours.
  : Be prepared for a couple of flights of steep stairs to reach the apartment. There was a fair bit of refuse on the staircase, several lights in the apartment were burned out and the lovely linen curtains in the kitchen dearly need a wash or dust. There is no coffee maker or cafetiere. Most significant was an unpleasant smell in some areas of the suite - sort of like the mouldy odour front load washing machines get when they are not aired out after use. This smell intensified in the twin bedroom when the AC was on.

  : Lovely apartment located at the heart of Dubrovnik. Ideal for a city break. Lots of facilities, Wifi, washing machine, Dish washer, Hair dryers etc, right down to the dishwasher tablets! We had a small issue with plumbing but was sorted out straight away after we reported it
  : Apartment is on second floor

  : - location is fantastic- super friendly and helpful staff- equipped with most of the stuff that you need- two bathrooms and two bedrooms
  : - it was a bit dirty and smelly all the time- sink in the bathroom was leaking causing floods or require to be emptied twice a day- no light in the staircase- no late checkout possible- had wifi issues once, had to restart the router
