: Spectacular position, in front of a beautiful and absolutely not crowded beach. The view from the balcony is astonishing. Using your own car is preferable, although old town, port and Lapad beaches are easily reachable by public transport. Luciana is a great host and she is very available for any kind of suggestion and help. Luciana's parents are delightful persons and we have really appreciated their kindness. Thus, I strongly recommend this apartment. For sure, we will book it again in case of coming back to Dubrovnik in future!

: Awesome views, balcony from bedroom and main room with direct sea view. Undercover garage parking. All facilities needed were easily available.
: No coffee for coffee machine and only one sachet of instant, dairy free coffee (there were a few dairy coffee sachets) which was Turkish so not to everyone liking necessarily.

: The house was clean and the host was helpful with the recommendations and suggestions for tours.
: The bedroom being on a different floor from the bathroom was not convinient.The view in the pictures for the sea view is not exactly what is shown in the pictures. We got to see only a bit of the sea from the room we were given and the house is quite far from the center and the attractions.
