  : Up in the hills/mountain, which is not recommendable in Dubrovnik since there is already enough step hills
  : Really difficult to find parking spots. Landlord was not very helpful. Hard to contact the real landlord and to get the key/access to the correct apartment

  : The key was just there on the property door. Very good location. There was air conditioning, a fridge, and the bed was comfy. It was not communicated very well that our room had no view of anything, but the host gave us access to a top terrace.
  : It was not easy to find the property and the host had trouble explaining. The place was not clean. The bathroom especially was very dirty. There was grime on the shower head and there were little worms next to the toilet. There were mosquitos but also other bugs.

  : Misleading presentation in booking.com.The pictures were collective views from a complex building to show you the view, even a roof top view from outside the building. I booked an apartment with seaview and terrace, I was given the ground floor unit with the view of a featureless sea and a featureless roof top in front. One bathroom has a poorly fitted door in front of the toilet, and the second bathroom has poorly designed shower drainage that the bath room is completely wet and messy with a short time for shower. Both bathrooms has strong stinking smell from the floor drainage one worse than the other so we ended up using only one bathroom. The electric sockets were loose from the wall explosing the wires behind.I was told by the owner that I should read the fine lines while making a reservation through booking.com and it was implied that for a 250euro per night of rental I should not expect too much. Also non designated car park was basically impossible to get and the owner charged me for a designated car park. It should be spelled out from the start. This is the worst of booking.com experience ever from my past experience. I have pictures taken to verify my claims, I would appreciate if booking.com would initiate a refund of any kind, and take measures to stop this scam like behaviour from this property. This is the worst start for our two weeks Croatian trip one can imagine.

  : the view is stunning. the host is really nice and helpful. appartment was good and modern.
  : it is a long walk up the mountain side to get to the apparment. Byt for that you get perfet view of the old city. parking can be a bit difficult.

  : Beautiful sights to the old town, the apartment is spacious, three comfortable bedrooms, equipped kitchen, relatively easy to get a parking spot, WiFi worked fair enough, clean and comfortable bathroom.
