  : Didnt except covid isolation style food delivery instead of breakfast. Food was tasty though. Room was a little difficult to find while arrived for the very first time. Only three hangers inside closet.

  : The location was nice, and the staff was friendly.
  : We were given a small, old room (Room 1), which did not fit our 3-people group: two of us slept on the bed, and the third person slept on a rickety couch, that we had to put together ourselves! It was super uncomfortable and hurt their back! The linens were subpar and had stains on them: we didnt even have proper duvets/duvet coversjust sheets with some old blankets. The booking.com listing does not specify if the room has access to the hot tub or notwe were placed in a room with a shared terrace and no access to the hot tub, even though its shown in the first picture on the listing :) To reach the property you need to climb a lot of stairs, which makes it annoying to take the luggage. The breakfast was literally groceries, rather than something thats prepared for you :)

  : Location, at first, may seem not ideal, but that wasn't the case :) We can reach either Old town or new port within 15-20 mn walk
  : Provided pictures of the place may be misleading (BBQ) The stairs, but I guess that will be the same for all places there The breakfast, well maybe we are not used to Croatian way

  : Our host was lovely! Meet us even though we arrived later in the evening. Room was clean and basic. Vegetarian breakfast on our second day was nice, different pastries.

  : nice location about a 25 minute walk to the centre but it was a nice walk. delicious breakfast free and super lovely owner
  : it was a been unclear what property we were getting and it didnt look like the photos at all, even though the real apartment photos are mingled in with the others. be careful to double check you know which one youre booking as we thought we were getting a lovely living room but it was just two dark rooms and a hob.

  : The location is good, close to the old city and you could walk there. The hostesse is very nice and friendly, but our favorite part of this stay was the breakfast and the view from the terrace, we had a new different breakfast menu each day and it was good everytime.

  : Location was fairly central to everything, short distance walk away from Old Town Dubrovnik. Host was extremely friendly, approachable and pleasant to communicate with, anything extra that we needed was brought to us. Property was clean upon arrival.
  : Its hard to write like this because of how nice the host was. However, the property was different to that was advertised and what we paid for. We booked and paid for a one bedroom apartment with a double bed, however, stayed in a studio with shared terrace that consisted of two single beds pushed together, bathroom and kitchen counter made up of a sink, fridge and two hobs. No tv or sofa and no access to a BBQ or hot tub that can be seen online. Therefore, I feel this should be reflected in the price that we paid. I would advise to anyone coming to the property to be mindful that it is accessed by a lot of steep steps. Coffee and tea were not included in breakfast, or in the property but when asked, host was happy to provide. I do feel this should be included with breakfast when advertised, having seen pictures of other breakfasts and other neighbours; they seemed to receive something completely different to what we got. We received a box containing a small carton of juice, a piece of fruit, a pastry/ham and cheese bun and/or yoghurt/granola. Terrace leading to the studio seemed to be half finished and under construction with broken tiles. At the end of our stay, half an hour before check out, another guest opened our door and then continued to wait outside and peered into our windows making us feel pressured to rush and leave. I feel the host should have made them wait somewhere else for us to leave before doing this.
