  : Location is just perfect to walk to the old town, it is just above the main city beach and steps away from a small convenient store and bus stops to all directions. The apt is spacious and the is garden lovely. Many little pets live in it like a family if tortoises, a cat, snails, birds come and visit all the time.. our toddler (and us) loved it. It gave us a beautiful ‘local’ feeling.
  : The most important selling point for me was the garden with the sea view. It was my husband 40th birthday present travel to Dubrovnik and all I want it was a spectacular view during our stay and enjoy a view during our meals at home. Unfortunately this was not delivered by the owner of the property. The garden was not ready ‘for the season’, the bushes around the fences were far too overgrown to allow a proper sea view, which was a real shame. The amaca was not there, the bbq hidden away on another floor, not parasol.. very disappointed about it. I asked about it to the guy that is running the property but he said the owner was not keen to shorten the fences up as they provide privacy (from the sea??). Apart from that we really loved it.

  : Location was great! 3 Mon from beach 5 Mon from old town 5 min from grocery store. The owner(not the managing company) was really nice too. The garden was lovely. The appartment was large.
  : The company who was managing the appartment rental was unfriendly and unhelpful. They we're borderline rude in the whatsup chat. They supplied bare minimum in the appartment: only 3 towels for 4 nights stay. No kitchen towels no cleaning supplies no broom no extra trash bags. Apartment had a single blanket for 3 adults. The kitchen though looking nice was not fit for cooking much meals. It only had 1 pan and 1 pot plus a sauce pan. Considering that we we're a family of 4 (3 adults plus a baby) this was not enough to cook meals. They did not do any extra cleaning and the shower looked nasty by the time we were checking out. They would not even give us blankets or towels we asked for. The appartment has an ant and spider problem. You can't leave anything out without ants getting in there withing 10 minutes. We we're afraid that we would end up with an insect on our ear at night but luckly this did not happened.

  : Good location, 5 minutes from the old city on foot and yet quiet. Very nice garden view and a large table for breakfast to dinner.
