  : The company were very responsive to messages and organised our taxi to the Pile gate where we were met by Mateus. He was very friendly and checked us in an reception and then walked us to our apartment and showed us the different facilities. The Apartment was well located near the main street, clean and quiet. There is a low ceiling upstairs so be careful that you don't bang your head. The breakfast is only a short stroll from the apartment and was very tasty. The staff here were also friendly and the service was very good.
  : On our first night the front door of the building was locked and we needed to call the company to send someone out to us with another key.

  : It's a very nice apartment in a central location. All facilities are quite modern and in good condition. Internet was good and reliable. The view from the bedroom (upper level) is very nice. Be aware that the small balcony is on the lower level, therefore the view from there is not quite as nice. But it's nice to be able to step outside at all. The apartment has a washing machine (which I didn't use) and even a manual for it can be found in the information folder. In general, the information folder was very comprehensive and helpful.
  : I did not like that the breakfast was included. I would have preferred if the breakfast was optional (especially since it's an apartment). Breakfast was from 9-12 in Restaurant Sesame (outside the old town, approx. 600 m from the apartment). It's a very nice restaurant with nice seating and good food, but if you have to leave early for a trip, you miss breakfast. I had to skip breakfast twice. Because the apartment is directly under the roof, if you are tall, you have to be a bit careful with your head because there are quite some slopes, especially in the bedroom.

  : It was near everything in Old Town. Everything was a short walking distance away. Cant go wrong with this location. The AC kept the apartment cool during the really hot summer days. It was a perfect apartment for two people.
  : No soap or shampoo was included.

  : No change of towels for 5 days..they were supposed to be changed on day 3.

  : The property was clean and tidy, the flat has everything that you should need during your stay. The position of the flat within the old town is perfect.
  : The flat is basically located within the loft space of the building. Warning there are 85 steps to climb to get to the front door. This property is not suitable for the elderly of infirm.

  : Built with good taste. No tear and wear. Balcony is small, but nice with view over the red brick roofs. Located In the center of the old town.
  : Loft is not good for tall people. The floor creaks. The church bells may get annoying.

  : Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town. Very modern and clean apartment.
  : It is a loft apartment with a lot of stairs. The bedroom has very low sloping ceilings with exposed beams that mean you have to crouch to move around the bedroom. The balcony is tiny, literally just big enough for one person. Ok to dry your towels but not to sit as a couple to have a drink and enjoy the city views.
