  : The owner, Mr. Peter is very nice. He even offered lego for our kid to play. The terrace is the only attraction of the apartment, large, nice view and possibility to close if it rains. The location is relatively close to pebble beach, about 10 min walking but it is on a very high hill and you have to climb quite a few stairs to get back. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the center of the city and to the sandy beach.
  : Very dirty. I think the only cleaning that was made before our arrival, was changing the bedlinen and towels. I had to swipe the entire apartment upon arrival and I got a lot of dust and hair. There was dust in the closets, dirty doors and kitchenware not properly cleaned. Half of the closets in both bedrooms werw unusable because were filled with host's clothes. The appartment is much, much smaller then it looks in the pictures. The AC in the bedroom is not working. There is onther AC on the hall, which is very noisy. The boiler has a very limited capacity to heat water, it wasn't enough to take shower 3 persons one after another. Very difficult to find, it took us about 1 hour of wondering on the streets before finding the house and you have no one to ask for directions because it is managed by an agency. When they finally answered the phone, after numerous calls, they asked us to go to their headquarters in order to give us directions to the house. The agengy charged us with 9 euro-registration tax, which I assume it was the city tax, but Booking said it only had to be paid for the 2 adults, therefore 6 euro.
