  : Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we were disheartened to find the apartment in a dirty state. For a platform that often assures its users of the quality and cleanliness of accommodations, this was a significant letdown. View: Contrary to what was represented in the listing, our view was obstructed by a wall. One of the joys of visiting Cavtat is to enjoy its picturesque surroundings, and this wall significantly hampered our experience. Parking: The parking lot was highly impractical, with extremely tight spaces. Maneuvering our car became a daily struggle, causing us unnecessary stress. Property Owner: The owner of the property exhibited peculiar behavior which made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. As guests, we expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from hosts. Health Concerns: a. Mold: The persistent smell of mold, especially in the bedrooms, was not just unpleasant but also a cause for health concerns. b. Bugs from the AC: We were appalled to find bugs falling from the air conditioning units. To make matters worse, these bugs bit us, causing physical discomfort and potential health risks. Due to the cumulation of these distressing issues, we were left with no choice but to vacate the apartment two days ago and shift to a hotel, thereby incurring additional expenses and disrupting our vacation plans.
