: The mobile home/cabin was great, very modern and well equipped.
: The Camp4you mobile homes are in a small area of the massive 'Istra Camping Park Umag'. We were expecting a much smaller site. The beach areas were difficult for small children (2 and 4)

: 2 bathrooms of reasonable size are really appreciated, parking just in front of house and trees around given house was at the edge of camp. Privacy just ok.
: Rocky beach in camp is not suitable for children at all. Rooms in house are very small, limited space to store clothes. Mirror too much over sink causing head banging.

: Great location on the Adriatic Sea. Many outdoor activities available, grocery stores and food stands mean you don't have to leave the property unless you want to. The mobile home had air conditioning, which was helpful when it was 90F outside. The mobile home was clean and well-maintained.
: The beds in the mobile home were fairly uncomfortable. Also, I didn't realize that I had booked this through a third party. You can book directly through the website or through several of their "partners." When we tried to check in, they gave us a phone number to call and we had to wait 15 minutes for that person to arrive to check us in. The property wouldn't refund us for laundry machine coins we purchased but did not use because the only washer available took credit cards but not the coin. Signage doesn't convey that some laundry machines require a token whereas others require a credit card. Knowing these things now, I would avoid these mistakes and stay there in the future.

: Nice location, comfortable home, big terrace
: Be aware! They will charge you extra upon arrival 50 eur for "cleaning", 50 eur for bedsheets, 10 eur for towels. Never heard that before in any accomodation I have stayed. This is suposed to be they're responsibility to leave the room clean and with bedsheets/towels because we already payed but it's a way of robbing you of some more money!
