  : Really nice and hospitable staff with excellent service throughout our stay. Good rooms and feel of a small and nice hotel.
  : We didnt realise how close it was to the highway, you can hear the traffic. But once settling in and getting used to it, you dont think too much about it. If youre looking for a completely silent and secluded area that is worth considering.

  : The place itself is nice, has a great potential, which is unfortunately not used.
  : The worst staff ever and the worst value for money ratio we have ever experienced (we travel a lot and have experience with high end accommodation)!First of all the staff at the reception did not greet us well, was not polite, he was texting on his personal phone while doing the check-in and he did not tell us anything about the facilities. We find the pool by ourselves and there was no-one who would come to grab our orders, so we didn't get any water or drinks at all. The pool itself and the pool area would use a bit of a care. Moreover there is quite a noise from the highway.Wifi almost didn't work in the room and didn't work at all by the pool. There was QR code in the room where we were supposed to find some info about the hotel, which didn't work as well. The QR code was not valid.The room itself was quite outdated, but that was the very minor issue of the whole stay.However, the thing came by the dinner. The same guy who was a receptionist served us by the dinner. He gave us a table next to a couple who was smoking cigars and cigarettes, which was really annoying for the whole evening. He didn't explain us the menu well, didn't offer any wine, I had to almost stop him and ask if I can order some wine and he left without letting my husband order a glass as well. Of course he didn't let us taste the wine and immediately pour us the glass. He brought us four different kinds of local olive oil and didn't explain any of them... I could keep on describing our dinner forever but in the end the waiter left the restaurant in the middle of the evening without saying goodbye and the second waiter had to serve all the tables in quite a full restaurant. In such an awarded and expensive restaurant, where I have to admit, they know how to cook, when you get such a terrible service, the whole experience is ruined.At last no-one asked us about the experience in the hotel by the check-out.
