: - proximity to the beach;- well equipped kitchenette; furniture looking very nice; overall the hotel had a very nice look;-very helpful staff at the reception desk and also the restaurant staff was very nice
: it had no mosquito net, which is a problem because there are lot of bugs in Brela. But from what I observed most of the properties in Brela dont have instect nets.

: The location is very nice, right on the sea. You can walk to Brela, it takes about 15-20mins. Next to the hotel there are 2 little beaches that are connected together, we spent most of our time there. People in the reviews are saying that they are private, which they are definitely not, I don't think there is such thing as private beach on the Dalmatian coast. You get 2 loungers to use, which is nice. Punta Rata is very close, however when we were there (7-12 July) Punta Rata was waay too busy, so we preferred the little beaches by the hotel, which also got busy, but at least it was a small area, so it felt less overwhelming. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and always keen to help. The kitchen had everything needed to wash up the dishes (and even the dishwasher tablets), which is nice, as we didn't need to buy any of these things. It was nice that we could order omelette or scrambled eggs for breakfast.
: We felt like this hotel was trying very hard to be premium (in terms of the interior and the service), however, there are definitely many improvements that could be made. For example, in the shower the grouting had black mould on it and the bathroom door had paint peeling off. You have to pay extra for parking, which we knew about but still it felt like it should've been included. The breakfast buffet spread was quite big, but it all tasted just ok. I think they'd be better off with having a smaller selection but tastier food. A lot of these are small details, but adding them up lowers the overall impression. We paid 200EUR a night to stay here, which in our opinion is quite a lot, however, we weren't sure if it was actually good value for money.

: No cleaning for 2 days, good we had trash bags with us.Elevator is there but you still need to take a stairs to get to it
