  : Property is on the 2nd floor near to the sea, only 130 stairs. Beaches are away from roads, so no cars around. Trees on beach are doing good shadow. Parking is OK, but on sun. In each bedroom and in living room/kitchen there is an air condition what is really good. From property or from beach you can walk to the right to the center of Brela or to the left to Baska Voda. There is a shop only few steps away from property where you can buy everything you need starting with breakfast and ending with dinner. For our family Brela is top for beaches.
  : Everything could be perfect in Brela, but ... After our arrival we found in first room where are 3 beds that the wall behind double bed is moldy. Looks like there is a problem with isolation on this wall during autumn/winter when temperatures are different outside and inside. When we informed host she told us that she can't help us and we had to solve this with booking/travel island agency. At the end on next day (when we were unsure what to do next) they gave us 2 possibilities: 1. leave and they will refund us 100% 2. to stay and they will refund us 50% Even when we choose 2nd option (there were no free apartments around) we didn't use this one room and we used kitchen where we slept on sofa (1 adult and 3 kids) and another room which was also visible with mold on this one wall, but host only said she don't know ... After our leave she wanted to paint the wall, but this needs to be first protected against mold and then paint. And best for both bedrooms. For us even we had a 50% refund it was not a nice experience and we had to lower our comfort during our vacation what is the last you expect when you arrive after 1100km.
