  : When we arrived for a 2 night stay, the owner had left the door of this modern 2 bedroom apartment unlocked with the keys inside. The apartment is located in a good neighbourhood with a lovely sandy beach in front, but about a 20 minute walk to old town Rab. Well-equipped, clean accommodation with comfortable beds, a good combined kitchen/dining area and a scenic waterfront view looking across Rab harbour. Good wi-fi and several English news channels. Quiet at night with no bars or traffic. Free parking near the apartment, but steps and hilly with luggage. Took car to town and found parking in September, but that could be an issue in summer.
  : The apartment was quite difficult to locate given that Google GPS maps directed us to a NARROW service road along the shore of the harbour. Two other guests complained about the same issue. So do NOT use Google GPS for this apartment. Instead use the main road, Banjol, and turn off at No. 446. Payment at checkout was also problematic. We had to check out by 8:30 for a ferry back to the mainland before being told by the owner that booking.com did not handle payment. The owner did not meet us to request payment, so we had to send payment by PayPal after we retuned to Canada. Quite inconvenient. The owner should communicate better with her guests.

  : Location is excellent! The cove is quiet, and has a fantastic sandy beach which is just a few steps away from the apartment. There's a pizza place (with other food too) just in front which sits on the waters edge, sporting lovely views of the sunset. The walk to town is along the waters edge, about 20m. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in had 3 separate rooms with doors that close, and a smallish balcony off the master bedroom with a table for 4. There was a vacuum cleaner available to help clean up the sand, which was great!
  : There are different types of apartments at this establishment. Ours was a 'two bedroom apartment', which was the only apartment available when searched. While there, we noticed the other apartments had fantastic balconies and sweeping sea views. We had a nice view from the balcony, but the rooms themselves were otherwise dark and cramped. It would be worth getting one of those sea view apartments, some had really huge balconies and all faced the sea directly. The kitchen had pots and pans, but the frying pan was old (scratched Teflon). There was no shampoo, soap etc. Nevertheless I really loved the place and would stay there again!

  : Tired apartment with basic facilities. Its terrace is very close to a pizzeria with the extractor fan facing the balconies making us noisy and smelly. Parking is not on site as described - it is 2 streets away. Payment is accepted by cash only.

  : -Contition of appartment is not as good as on photos- very small bathroom- no warm water in shower- very slim sidewalls of building, we hear all the interviews of our neighbours, also crying kid for whole vacation, so no rest at all..- balcony is together with neighbours, so no privacy - its not reasonable price aftet these aspects
