  : The garden is gorgeous, the property is well-maintained. Very nice pproach to the sea, outside shower.I enjoyed writing and reading outside, under the olive trees. The studio was cleaned almost every day, with bedsheets and towels changed... which was unexpected and ramkable.Great choice if you're having small children because the water is shallow (and warm).There is a small convenience store and a gas station nearby.
  : The room was too small, we could barely move.Sparsely furnished - no shelves for clothes, just one narrow closet with hangers.... and one tiny nightstand... so we had to operate out of suitcases and bags on the floor. Also in the bathroom, no space or a shelf to put our stuff...Minimal number of dishes in the kitchen.The central lighting was annoying, we could use an additional ambience floor lamp, for example.Since there was a huge number of mosquitos, we were forced to spend most of the evenings inside, which was a pity... and that wasn't very comfortable to be honest because inside the room you can only lye down. That's how small it is.Even though the property is well hidden between the road and the sea, there is a significant noise coming from the road. But we got used to it quickly. The staff don't speak English at all, so the communication was almost none. Hello and goodbye basically.

  : The place is outside of town and had to drive for coffee and breakfast everyday. Also the sea in front looked very tempting but it turned out to be ankle deep for meters inside.

  : There is a pothole on the road at the hotel entrance. There is no shower cabinet . Coffee machine is missing.

  : Located in the tranquil Sithonia Peninsula, a preferred destination for those seeking peace, the property is conveniently close to the nearest town of Vourvourou, almost within walking distance. While the town offers shopping centres, restaurants, and bars to meet your needs, it is not a bustling metropolis. This peninsula seems to revolve around tranquillity, serenity, and natural beauty. Our accommodation was situated right next to the Fteroti lagoon. You could step into the water just 15 steps away from your room. Although the water level in the lagoon (we were there in July) doesn't go beyond waist level and doesn't provide a typical beach experience, it served as a fantastic playground for children and offered us a unique nature experience. Our room had a compact summer cottage vibe, featuring a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lady who greeted us at the reception was very kind.
  : Those darn mosquitoes... I know this is not related to the property but keep the fly-solutions on your side while you're in this region.
