  : The location was perfect because we travel a lot, the bus stop was 100 m from the hotel, and the rental quad next 300 m. Very comfortable bathroom.
  : The owner of the facility, out of concern for whether we would get to the hotel, suggested transport from the port too many times, despite my clear answer that we do not needed! I was on other island and I had to checking message and I wrote an answers so many times for the same. Moreover, in the description the room was to be equipped with a water kettle and coffee cups. However, this was not the case. But after the intervention, it was bought for us.

  : it was near to a bus stop and a few restaurants
  : The host messaged us a million times to ask if we wanted a transfer or rental car. We never responded as we did not want one. Due to our lack of response, they never provided check in information. This meant that when we arrived, we had no keys and no room number and had to go back down to the port to go to their office, speak to the person at the business next door and contact them via WhatsApp. When we eventually did get back to the room, we had no hot water and the main light didnt work. We messaged the host and they took over a whole day to let us know that the boiler wasnt working and they would try to fix it. It was not fixed before we checked out. The bed was extremely hard. The sheet was too small and kept coming off with the slightest movement, as it wasnt fitted. there was only 1 blanket and it only covered half of the double bed. There was only 1 glass when we specified 2 people would be staying in the double room. The host was barely responsive and didnt seem to care that we had paid for the room and there was no hot water.
