  : Position is far from other POI of the island. You cant stay without renting a car. Too much windy for scooters and motorcycles. Swimming pool is Unusable for Meltemi in August

  : The staff was very kind despite being inundated with complaints. Couple after couple would complain about the terrible quality of the rooms. Some even cut their vacation short and left the island early. We were also considering doing the same. That said, the staff were not to blame for the absolute scam that this hotel is running, and the staff do try their best to make up for it by being pleasant. It's a bad position for them to be in.
  : The photos of the hotel room views are purposely cropped so that you don't see that the "jacuzzi suites" are essentially an extension of the parking lot. Anyone who drives in can see into your "suite" and you can see anyone who drives into the parking lot. It was like camping in public. Aside from the suite I booked with my wife, we booked a standard room for my daughter and her nanny and they were far superior to these so-called suites. The owner's photo manipulation is nothing short of a scam. To add to the horrible experience, there were bundles of hair next to the jacuzzi that we found on the floor 2 days in a row. When we were finally transferred to a new room 5 days into our 7-day stay, we thought the nightmare was over, but of course, it wasn't. In the new room the water from the drain in the shower flooded into the hallway every time you attempted to take a shower. Over the course of the 7 days we complained what felt like every single day at least 2 times per day. Ultimately, we were promised a refund by the hotel and told that Booking.com would refund a large portion of our costs within 10 working days. That was on September 19th. Our refund never happened either. We are over 1 month since our check-out and supposed refund and nothing.
