  : Overall what I have paid didn't met the expectations. Room tidines is poor curtains very dirty and broken. The sofas with dirt marks seen some other people hair when arrive to the room. The photos misleading I have booked room with sea view and I got bushes view when I asked about it the said I got room on the beach side I didn't paid to stay on the beach side I did paid for sea view...The information on the booking.com is misleading photos too as it far away from reality.There was no hairdryer so I had to every single time stay with wet hair. When I asked if there is anything they can do about it nobody been able to talk to me or resolve it. The internet is poor too. The room itself smells not pleasant I wasn't comfortable staying in there I keep all my stuff in luggage as I been worried that all my stuff will start smell bad. The cleaning was just mop the floor and that's about it. If I had chance I wouldn't be staying there.

  : Directly on beach. Only drawback of this is that in nights some stupid guys roared with their motorcycles. And therefore we must close door to the balcony (we were accommodated on left side). And use air-conditioning. But no problem. Rooms are after reconstruction and very neat. Wc/washroom are perfect. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day, bedsheets changed quite often. Sunbeds on beach are only few meter (or little-bit more feets) away. They are convenient. Beach relatively clean. Sandy beach is perfect for kids with usual drawback :muddy water if higher waves. We often used pool with sunbeds and bar of hotel Koukouras where Lia belongs to. Bartender Michael is fine, you can have also a meal there. Sometime homemade by his mother.Free wifi is reliable. Perfect communication with Mrs Evangelia. Clear, no hassle, everything was exactly as agreed.Totally satisfied.

  : The pool was big and nice. Location was good.
  : The pictures of the rooms online and what we got was night and day. There was no reception except for very few hours during the day when we were at the beach. Rooms were not close to each other. Just not what we expected from a 3star hotel.

  : Good location next to the beach, bus stop, farmacy, playground, shops and restaurants. Free car parking. The lady from the reception was kind and helpful.
  : Very cold in the room at night. The bathroom was incredibly small that you cold not fit in for a shower. Everything gets wet and flooded after a having a shower. No hot water for a few times, which was very frustrating. Not even a shower courtain. The bathroom was a total joke. Most of the times we went to the reception there was nobody. For 1 night you can survive, but for a few nights as we had, it was not pleasent at all. I cannot understand the good reviews from other people. Maybe they received better rooms...

  : Nice Location - Nice Pool - Clean facitily
  : Very weak Internet Connection and some days we didnt had Internet at all.. We didnt had hot water for 2 nights but then it was fixed.. Reception had no staff to serve you. Only a couple hours a day to find someone there if you are lucky.

  : We didnt like anything about the stay
  : Stay away from this place!!We booked this hotel because we tought it was an apartment hotel as booking.com told us it was. We were very unhappy with our room and the hotel itself, and especally the hotels staff. The kitchen in the room is too small to cook food in and the equipment we needed to make our food was terrible. And when we asked for more equipment we didnt get. We also asked for another towel, didnt get this either.The hotel does not even have a microwave, so we could not heat up our food.The bed and sofa is too hard and tv and wifi doesnt work. It was not clean when we arrive. The toilet was filled with urin marks. A lot off dirt and ants on the floors. Very uncomfy... It was never people in the reception to help us.We wanted to leave after the first day and asked the lady in reception for a refund for the rest of the stay, she told us it was okey just leaving and we would get back out money. But this was not true. We disnt get the refund, tried to call many times and mail the hotels owner. He never replied on my mail. We tried to contact the reseption many times, but it is never people working there. This is the most terrible stay I ever had in a hotel. Stay away!!

  : Nothing, the place was a dump, the staff where non existent and when you did get to see them they where absolutely useless. after one night we decided to change hotels (arrived late in the evening, no AC instructions, controller behind front desk, sofa stained, beds so hard like sleeping on boards, overlooking the main road so very noisy and such a jumble of kitchen items, nothing matched, I had better when I was a poor student in a bedsit), we told the desk that we where not happy and we wanted a refund, they DID NOT ask us why just said we had to contact Booking.com and we could have a refund. Booking.com contacted the hotel and they said they did not know we had an issue and wanted to investigate. This is a scam, you leave thinking you will get a refund, the hotel agrees with you that you can, but then say no to Booking.com and by then the hotel has your money. They are not interested in improving, they are interested in getting your money and delivery zero service. We moved to a hotel up the road call the Hermes, chalk and cheese, the Hermes saved our vacation, check them out instead, you will not regret it.

  : Very little is ok about this hotel. We had two extremely uncomfortable nights here and a lot of issues with the ignorant and obnoxious hotel management. The location is ok. The pool is alright but over chlorinated and has a drunk barman that turns up at 10am pours himself beers and stares at everyone! The breakfast is very average, with little choice and stale breadWeve had a really terrible time at this hotel, their customer service its exceptionally badI can see that they have responded to some reviews here to make them sound like they care but in reality they do not!
  : Upon arrival, reception was closed and a handwritten note telling us where our room was. In the room no welcome, ac instructions, no wi-fi password. The apartment was dated and old, beds were hard and noisy, very little kitchen equipment, a bathroom that flooded when you had a shower and a very noisy and smelly toilet, extremely bright lights. However these werent even our main problem The apartment only had one ac unit that was old and ineffective in the living area and no ac unit in the bedroom. The bedroom had a low lying window that was open and had a 20metre drop onto concrete, which if you fell out this would mean almost certain death. DO NOT BRING KIDS TO THIS HOTEL. There was no fly net or safety screen. As a protective father with an adventurous 3 year old son this scared me. We had two very hot and uncomfortable nights here with the window closed. We raised our concerns with the staff but they were uninterested in trying to make out stay safer or more comfortable, so on the 3rd day we spoke with the receptionist who assured us they will give us a refund for our remaining nights. However, this was a lie. Booking . com spoke with the manager who denied all knowledge of my complaint and that i had been offered a refund. Since this time they have continued to refuse to refund us and completely uninterested in making any changes. The rooms was boiling hot, no ac in the bedroom and a very unsafe window especially for kids, but they could not care less. I would not go near this hotel and wouldnt be surprised if it closed in the not so distant future because of poor customer service and unsafe environments. Disgusting
