  : The staff was incredible,Antonis is very very profesionist and good person , and specially Despina and Maria the same , they help me a lot to have very good memories. !The hotel are very lucky to have them ! Cristoph the same, very very good manager and very kind ! The hotel is very nice and the vibe is was very good ! I stayed 6 night there and 5 night was incredible because I stayed in the Superir room. They offered me upgrade for the room and it was very good suprise for me ! Thank you a lot to all of you ! The food was delicios at the restaurant !
  : The attitude of the owner the last night. The last night was changed my room 111 and was horrible because was a lot of noise for the bar . They close the bar at the 1 o clock , even if I try to explain of the staff that I can't sleep. The owner answer : Sorry, we can not close the bar and we can not stop the music because we have clients. Even if, in the room is a list when is very clear written that they close at 24 . I transmit to him that I am a client also and I give 2 solutions : to close the music or to change the room . They refused and they don t have a room disponible !!!!!! The hotel was not full, I have experience to understand that they work only with a part of rooms !!!! The answer of the owner was unprofessional and for this reason I stop a group of 10 persons "that I recomended " from Italy to stay at this hotel , this week ! And for sure I will not return at al !!!!! And for sure , the hotel is not 5 *, maximum 3 or 4 * only for the superior room. In description the standard room appear that have a balcony , but balcony is commun, is only a passageway and If you choose that room for sure you will hear everything from the bar and neighbors ! In plus, whenever you stay, the rooms are not completely soundproofing, you can hear the cleaning staff who start cleaning at 8 o'clock, so it is impossible to rest longer. In addition, the bar staff, in the morning when I checked out, came over me in the room to ask me if he could check the bar. I have never seen such insensitivity!!!! ps : Photo of deluxe room is different that they offered me, in the pictures existing sofa but in reality no !!!And is different dimension of the room, the same with standard room . The difference is only deluxe has balcony privat !!!

  : It seems to cater for a package tourism trade. Prices in the bar and restaurant are inflated compared to local options in the town.

  : The breakfast, was cold and very limited. We went out for breakfast 2 of the days even though it was included in our room rate. The pool beds are very close together, no space between them.

  : Excellent staff, kind and friendly,starting from the reception to the pool bar. I came here for holidays to relax , so I saw good organization in the reception , and all of them made me feel and happy to be there. Different and interesting varieties of wines and food in crazy cow restaurant and chilling vibes! I recommend it for holidays!

  : The hotel doesn't merit the 5 star rating. Lots of poorly finished areas, cracks in tiles around the pool & holes too. It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor, we were told that this happens in all of the rooms when we received a standard pile of extra towels & mats to mop up with. Disappointed with breakfast, okay but nothing special. It didn't help that one of serving staff had a miserable face each morning & seemed to delight in allowing the kitchen door to loudly slam at every opportunity. Insufficient poolside beds that results in early nabbing of prime beds at breakfast.
